Convenient for the ski lift, storage of skis provided, buffet breakfast was excellent, wifi worked well, warm rooms despite the cold outside, easy to find when we arrived
The spa was only open 5 til 8, as a non skier I would have liked to use it in the daytime

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a great experience. the location is fantastic, right in the center of the village and just a few meters from the main gondola. This made it so convenient for skiing each day. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They provided excellent service throughout our stay. Lastly, the rooms were lovely, with beautiful mountain views. I especially loved sitting out on the balcony and taking in the scenery. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast. It was varied and plentiful, giving us the perfect start to our day.
I honestly couldn't find anything to fault during my stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect.

I like this hotel very much. This is my fourth stay there. The best thing for me is the friendly atmosphere and its perfect location.
The food this time was not that variable as in summer.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the very center of a charming village, just a few meters away from the main gondola. The location was absolutely perfect for my ski trip, with easy access to the slopes. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, particularly Anna who went above and beyond to assist me. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with a beautiful little balcony providing stunning mountain views. One highlight was the delicious breakfast each morning, a great way to start the day.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were enjoyable.

Location is perfect for skiing and overall, very comfortable. Great for families!
The garage is very small and there are not enough lots

The lounge area was comfortable and spacious and the food offered good value for money
We think it would be difficult to walk up from the garage to the ski gondola because of the spiral staircase.

The rate I paid through Booked.net!!! Unbelievable for this under-used gem.
The underground parking. A nerve-wrecking experience if one is not used to tight parking places (I'm from Canada). And to charge $ 9.50 a day is ridiculous.

As foreign tourists, we loved the cozy Ski Resort style of the hotel. The fireplace and common areas created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly caring and provided great service. Being able to access the ski lift without crossing any public roads was a huge plus, especially for families with kids. The location, with close proximity to the carpark, ski gondola, and ski hire. We also enjoyed the fantastic food and the convenience of purchasing lift passes at the front desk. The private spa with a jacuzzi and sauna was a great way to relax after a day of skiing.
We felt privileged during our stay and had no reason to complain.
